Our elegant restaurants enjoy stunning views and compliment the superb dishes on offer. The menus use local produce both from the deep waters of the Moray Firth and the rolling green hills of Grampian and Tayside.
The dedicated team of chefs combine these fresh ingredients using traditional recipes to create mouthwatering dishes. We pride ourselves in sourcing the very best local suppliers, who in turn supply the essential ingredients for excellent breakfasts, lunches, high teas, dinners and Sunday lunches.
For over three years the Hotel has been a proud member of the Scotch Beef Club. This is a quality assurance scheme with complete meat tracability.
Our normal meal opening times:
Lunches Monday to Saturday from 12noon until 2pm
Traditional Sunday Lunches from 12 noon until 2pm
Traditional High Teas daily from 5pm until 6pm (During Summer)
Dinners daily from 6.30pm until 8.30pm
